The Sanctum Ritual

Warm a small amount of Sanctum between your palms.

Bring your hands close and inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds, allowing the aroma to settle.

Exhale softly for 6 seconds, releasing what you no longer need to hold.

Apply the oil with unhurried strokes, allowing your breath to remain slow and steady as the body softens.

Pause. Place one hand over your heart and take one final breath.

I am allowed to slow down. I return to myself.

Repeat as often as needed.
